The Grüne Wolke is a self-managed daycare center located in the district of Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, where children aged one to six years are cared for in a group of about 20 children by five educators on a part-time or full-time basis. A part of the educators consistently speaks Spanish and German with the children, so that they can experience both languages in their daily interactions.
Through regularly held activities such as drumming, pottery, and making music with guitar, piano, and accordion (and for older children excursions to the forest), there is no chance of boredom in addition to the daily playground visits that take place all year round.
